Terms & Conditions

Welcome to FLY N CRUISE SHUTTLES Pty Ltd your transportation solution. Before you embark on your journey with us, please take a moment to review the following terms, conditions and policies:

1. Booking and Reservations:

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Reservations can be made online, via phone, or through our designated booking agents.
  • Confirmation of booking will be sent via email or SMS upon successful reservation.
  • Payment is an acceptance of FLY N CRUISE SHUTTLES’ Terms & Conditions and Policies.

2. Fares and Payment:

  • Fares are determined based on distance, time of day, and any additional services requested.
  • NSW Government Passenger Service Levey of $1.20/booking (+GST).
  • Child seat cleaning fee of $10 per seat/per trip.
  • Excess baggage, oversize item or heavy item will be subject to additional fees $5/item. Please inform us of any additional luggage at the time of booking.
  • Full payment is due at the time of booking for services.
  • Payment can be via Direct Deposit or Internet Banking - other forms of payment are currently unavailable, but are being explored.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancelling your booking after confirmation will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 5 business days less before pick up are not eligible for refunds.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds will be finalised within 14 business days.

4. Baggage Policy:

  • Each passenger is entitled to transport one standard-sized suitcase and one personal item, such as a carry-on bag (up to 7kg), handbag or laptop bag, free of charge.
  • Excess baggage, oversize item or heavy item will be subject to additional fees $5/item. Please inform us of any additional luggage at the time of booking.
  • When booking passengers are required to notify FLY N CRUISE SHUTTLES in advance if anticipating transporting excess luggage or oversized items to ensure sufficient space and appropriate arrangements.
  • If excess luggage is not disclosed the driver has the right to refuse transport of luggage.
  • FLY N CRUISE SHUTTLES is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage.

5. Safety and Conduct:

  • Passengers must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the driver.
  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
  • Any behaviour that endangers the safety or comfort of other passengers is strictly prohibited.

6. Clean up Fees:

At FLY N CRUISE SHUTTLES, we strive to maintain clean and comfortable shuttle buses for the enjoyment and satisfaction of all passengers. To uphold cleanliness standards and cover the costs associated with cleaning and sanitization, we have established the following clean-up fee charges policy. Classification of fee charged will be determined by FLY N CRUISE SHUTTLES. Example of damage but not limited to:

  • Minor Clean-Up Fee - for minor spills, stains, or mess requiring simple cleaning - $50/incident.
  • Moderate Clean-Up Fee - for moderate spills, stains, or mess requiring more extensive cleaning - $100/incident.
  • Major Clean-Up Fee - significant spills, stains, or mess requiring thorough cleaning and sanitization - $300/incident.
  • Damage Repair Fee - damage to upholstery, fixtures, or other parts of the shuttle bus requiring repair or replacement – The paid bill will be provided to the customer for reimbursement.

7. Schedule Changes:

  • FLY N CRUISE SHUTTLES reserves the right to make changes to the shuttle schedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or operational issues.
  • Passengers will be notified of any schedule changes as soon as possible.
  • Passengers are to notify FLY NCRUISE SHUTTLES via phone & email of changes to pick up time. Changes to times may incur a fee or change in price.
  • FLY N CRUISE SHUTTLES will do our best to reschedule, but are unable to guarantee be possible i.e. other bookings conflicting. 

8. Accessibility:

FLY N CRUISE SHUTTLES aims to provide accessible transportation for passengers.

  • All passengers are to be able to enter and disembark to vehicle provided by FLY N CRUISE SHUTTLES independently. 
  • FLY N CRUISE SHUTTLES at this time do not have modified vehicles for passengers with limited or restricted mobility, such as ramps, wheelchair access. 
  • Please inform us of any passengers with limited or restricted mobility at the time of booking.

9. Liability:

  • Acts of customer, passengers, others or other companies resulting but not limited to in passengers’ delays, cancellations, accidents, or damages FLY N CRUISE SHUTTLES is not liable damages.
  • Passengers travel at their own risk.
  • FLY N CRUISE SHUTTLES is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended in the shuttle bus.
  • Passengers are responsible for their own belongings and are encouraged to take them upon disembarking.
  • In the event that circumstances arise beyond the reasonable control of FLY N CRUISE SHUTTLES including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, pandemic, epidemic, government action, war, terrorism, circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or operational issues or any other events, FLY N CRUISE SHUTTLES shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay, failure, or inability to perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

10. Privacy Policy:

  • FLY N CRUISE SHUTTLES respects the privacy of its passengers. Personal information collected during the booking process will only be used for the purpose of providing shuttle services and will not be shared with third parties.
  • As a visitor to this site for the purpose of reviewing site content we do not collect information that can directly identify you. We do collect information to monitor traffic patterns and site usage to help us improve the design of the site. This data does not contain any personally identifying information.
  • By using the FLY N CRUISE SHUTTLES website, you consent to the collection and use of information by us. Changes to our privacy policy will be posted to this page so you will be kept updated.
  • Should you wish us to remove the email address from such a list, please contact us for removal. This list will not be provided to any third-party organisation and is for the sole use of our company FLY N CRUISE SHUTTLES Pty Ltd.

11. Feedback and Complaints:

We welcome feedback from our passengers to help us improve our services. Please feel free to contact us with any comments, suggestions, or complaints.
By booking a shuttle service with FLY N CRUISE SHUTTLES you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. FLY N CRUISE SHUTTLES reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please check our website for the most up-to-date information. Users agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless FLY N CRUISE SHUTTLES from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to our inability to perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond our control.
